摘　　要：目的探讨Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型精神分裂症在远期疗效、依从性、社会功能的异同。方法应用SDSS、ADL和自编量表等对134例Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型精神分裂症对照随访研究3年。结果Ⅰ型精神分裂症依从性好于Ⅱ型精神分裂症,Ⅱ型精神分裂症依从性差原因与固有病理过程及家人的不重视有关。Ⅱ型精神分裂症社会功能及远期疗效均差于Ⅰ型精神分裂症。结论Ⅰ、Ⅱ型精神分裂症远期疗效及社会功能均不佳,Ⅱ型依从性差和社会功能受损害均比Ⅰ型明显。Ⅱ型远期疗效要比Ⅰ型差。Objective To compare the long- term therapeutic effect, compliance and social function in type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ schizophrenia patients. Methods Totally 134 type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ schizophrenia patients were comparatively investigated with brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS）, social defect scale （SDSS）, activities of daily living （ADL） and self designed questionnaire during a follow up of three years. Results The compliance of type Ⅰ schizophrenia patients was better than those of type Ⅱ schizophrenia patients. The causes of poor compliance were associated with pathological progress and the attitude of the family members to the patients. The social function and long- term effect type Ⅱ schizophrenia patients were poor as compared with that of type Ⅰ schizophrenia patients. Conclusion The social function and long- term effect on type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ schizophrenia patients are not satisfactory and the compliance and social function of type Ⅱ schizophrenia patients were not as good as those of type schizophrenia patients.
