摘　　要：目的调查海南省农村非典防控措施落实情况,以及对海南农村非典类突发公共卫生事件应对能力进行评估。方法采用自行设计的调查表,随机抽取海南省19个市县的1096个村民进行了现场调查。结果80%以上的农村卫生工作落实较好,但仍存在垃圾管理等不少问题;非典期间农村管理体制还有不足的地方;县医院非典各项措施到位,但镇医院还存在较大漏洞。结论海南省农村防控非典各项工作落实较好,但应对大型突发性公共卫生事件,管理和设施还需加强。Objective To survey the status implementation of measures for control of SARS in rural areas of Hainan Province and the assessment of the capacity of in coping with the SARS - like emergent public accidents in the countryside. Methods Totally 1 096 villagers in 19 cities and counties were randomly selected on the spot and surveyed with self- designed questionnaires. Resuits About 80% of the control measures were well carried out and the control work at county level was fully implemented. But there were problems, such as the waste was not adequately managed, the managerial system in countryside be improved, the health work in township hospitals was not fully implemented. Conclusion The measures for control of SARS were relatively well carried out in the countryside, but the infrastructure and capacity in dealing with emergent accidents in countryside be strengthened.
