摘　　要：目的通过调查海南农村村民对各级政府在非典防控工作中表现的反映,研究农村村民对各级政府应对突发性公共卫生事件能力的期望,为进一步提高各级政府特别是市县乡镇政府应对突发性公共卫生事件能力提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查表,随机抽取海南省19个市县的1096名村民,进行了现场调查。结果绝大多数村民对省、市县、乡镇政府以及村干部的非典防控工作满意,但仍反映了不少非典防控工作的问题。结论各级政府特别是市县乡镇政府在农村应对突发性公共卫生事件中起着关键作用,提高各级政府特别是市县乡镇政府应对突发性公共卫生事件的能力是今后工作的重点。Objective To understand the status of villagers＇ opinions onthe activities in the control of SARS in rural areas and the preparedness of grassroots level in coping with emergent public accidents so as to provide scientific reference for dealing with emergent public accidents by the city/county and township governments. Methods Totally 1 096 villagers in 19 cities and counties were randomly selected on the spot and surveyed with selfdesigned questionnaires. Results A majority of the villagers were satisfactory with the activities of the governments at various levels. But there were still problems to be solved. Conclusion The Governments, especially the Governments at city/county and township levels play key role in the control work. Stress be put on the enhancement of capacity of the Governments at city/county and township levels in preparedness for dealing with emergent public accidents.
