摘  要:目的探讨癫痫对机体红细胞免疫粘附功能、血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)与白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平的变化。方法将40只Wistar大鼠分成对照组(n=10)与模型组(n=30),通过注射氯化锂-匹罗卡品建立实验性大鼠癫痫模型,抽取实验组与模型组外周血并检测红细胞粘附功能I、L-6和sIL-2R水平。利用红细胞免疫复合物花环形成试验测定两组大鼠的红细胞免疫粘附功能;利用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测sIL-2R水平;利用放射免疫法检测IL-6水平。结果模型组红细胞花环率显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),血清sIL-2RI、L-6水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论癫痫可致机体免疫功能异常,免疫因素可能参与了癫痫的发病过程。Objective To investigate the changes of red cell immune adherence function, IL-6 and sIL-2R levels in experimental epileptic rats. Methods Healthy Wistar rats ( n = 40 ) were divided into control group ( n = 10, treated with saline) and model group (litium-pilocarpine-treated group, n = 30). The red cell immune adherence function according to RBC- C3bR rosette-forming ability was measured by red cell C3b receptor rosette test. IL-6 expression was determined by radioimmunoassay and sIL-2R measured with sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ). Results There was a statistically significant difference in RBC-C3bR and RBC-IC between the two groups (p 〈 0.05 ), and the differences of IL-6 and sIL-2R were very significant (p 〈 0.01 ). ConcIusion Our findings indicate that immune factors probably participate in the epilepsy pathogenesis and epilepsy may lead to immunological alterations.
