摘　　要：本文介绍了利用VisualFoxpro提供的低级文件函数实现Windows的记事本的大部分功能的方法,同时也提供了一种动态调整程序界面的方法,使得程序界面更加符合Windows应用程序的风格。通过本文的介绍,可以让大家看到VisualFoxpro除了作为数据库管理的工具外,同样可以用来开发一些实用的Windows风格的应用程序。This paper present that using Low-Level files function of Visual Foxpro to create more functions of Notepad in windows, and provide a basic way to dynamically resize the user interface too. we could see that the Visual Foxpro not only is a managing tool for database but can be used to empolder the useful applications of windows style.
