摘　　要：教师承担着培养社会主义建设者的重任,高素质的教师是社会主义现代化的要求。教师职业道德是衡量教师队伍素质的一个重要方面,而高等师范院校的教师职业道德更为重要。因此,要抓好高师院校教师思想政治素养、建章立制、提高教师待遇,从多方入手加强师德建设,提高教师综合素质,多为国家培养优秀人才。Teachers undertake the great task of training the builders of socialist construction and teachers in high quality are in the demand of socialist modernization. Teachers＇ professional ethics should be in great consideration in evaluating the qualities of teachers. Furthermore, the professional ethics for teachers in higher education is more important. Therefore, we should pay attention to the political quality, regulate the rules, improve teachers＇ benefits and strengthen teachers＇ qualities in a whole.
