国有商业企业改革中的思考

摘　　要：我国国有商业企业在历史上为我国经济发展做出巨大贡献,但随着我国市场经济体制的建立,也面临着一些问题。本文从体制、人才、竞争等四个方面分析了我国国有商业企业存在的问题及其原因,结合实际,提出了我国国有商业企业改革的若干措施,以期它不断发展壮大,为我国市场经济体制的建立做出贡献。The state- owned commercial enterprises in our country make enormous contribution for the economic development in history, but with the establishment of the market economic system in our country, which faces some problems. This paper analyzed its existing problems and reasons from four aspects such as the system, the talent, the competition, etc.. Combing the reality, this paper put forward several measures about its reform. The aim is to make it stronger to make the contributions for establishing the market economic system of our country.
