摘　　要：人类社会发展是一种“自然历史”过程,它就必然地像自然界一样显示出日趋复杂的历史规律。国际社会秩序多方面趋向复杂性的现实是对一切领域的“冷战”性思维的明显否定。改革开放二十多年来是中华民族历史上少有的盛世,这是社会诸方面复杂性发展使然。正视并充分利用社会秩序的复杂性,制定相应的对策,对建立社会主义和谐社会有重要意义。Since the development of human society is a “natural and historical” process, it inevitably shows the increasing complex historical law like nature. The fact that the international social order tends to be complex in many ways clearly negates the “cold war” thinking in all fields. The twenty years of reform and opening up to the outside world is the rare heyday in the history of Chinese nation, which is the result of complex development of all kinds of social aspects. It is important to acknowledge and make full use of complexity of social order and to adopt corresponding countermeasures for establishing harmonious socialist society.
