摘　　要：针对评价企业知识管理系统的问题,从知识管理系统的性能、功能、环境、成本和人性化情况出发,分析了评价知识管理系统应该考虑的主要因素,建立了一套包括企业知识管理系统的系统性能、系统功能、系统环境、系统成本和人性化5个不同方面的评价指标体系;在此基础上,提出了一种基于语言符号运算的企业知识管理系统的综合评价方法;最后通过一个算例说明了给出方法的应用。An evaluation of knowledge management system was studied. Firstly, according to the capability, function, circumstance, cost and human factor of knowledge management system, the factors of evaluation for knowledge management system were analyzed. Then, on the basis of these factors, an index system involving the capability, function, circumstance, and cost of the system and human factor were established. Next, an integrated evaluation method for the knowledge management systems based on linguistic symbol operators was presented. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
