摘 要:应用细胞培养技术和MTT测定法,对高压静电场照射1日龄雏鸡的外周血液和免疫器官T细胞和B细胞增殖功能的动态变化进行研究。结果发现,高压正静电场对雏鸡血液和免疫器官T细胞、B细胞功能有促进作用,而高压负静电场照射雏鸡的血液和免疫器官T、B细胞功能较相应未照射的对照雏鸡明显减弱。Dynamic changes of T and B lymphocyte proliferative responses to ConA or PMA in peripheral blood and immune organs of one-day-old chicks treated with high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF)were studied by using 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) method. These results showed that the T and B lymphocyte function of chicks treated with positive HVEF were significantly elevated compared with control group. By contrast, the T and B lymphocyte function of chicks treated with negative HVEF were decreased compared with control group.
