摘　　要：在高等教育过程中,有正式、非正式课程,同时还有隐蔽课程.后者存在于各教育环节中,其隐蔽性、强制性、不可预测性和持久性等特点对大学生的学习、生活和价值观等综合素质的培养发挥着重要作用.本文旨在分析隐蔽课程的内涵和及其特点,提出隐蔽课程的研究方向和在高等教育中应用的建议.Hidden curriculum exists in higher education apart from formal and informal curriculum. Present in various links, it plays an important role in cultivating college students＇ comprehensive quality （learning, life, and value） because of its implicit, compulsory, unpredictable and long-term characteristics. The paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of hidden curriculum and proposes suggestions on its research orientation and application in higher education.
