摘　　要：对五年制医药类专业数学课程二阶段教学模式的自适应运行机制、有效实施策略、创新教学方法、师资建设措施、质量评估体系等支撑要素,进行了多方面的理论构思,以期得到同行们的关注与探讨,共同努力将医学应用数学的教学改革引向深入.The authors of this paper explore a multiple-faceted theoretical concept of the two-stage pattern of mathematics course teaching in five-year medical program on the basis of five supporting factors： the self-adaption operation mechanism, effective enforcement strategy, innovative teaching method, measures of teaching contingent construction, and quality-assessment system. We expect to obtain concern and discussion from peers and make joint efforts to improve the teaching reform in applied mathematics for medical purpose.
