摘 要:采用随机对照研究的方法,比较传统教学与新型教学两种教学方法的优劣,论证了新教学模式的优越性.新型组在临床诊断学基本技能训练中采用全新的内容、形式、手段和评估方法,传统组仍采用传统的教学模式,运用科学客观的评估标准,对教学质量进行量化比较.结果显示两组间具有显著差异(P<0.01),新型组优于传统组,小型案例、抽签考核成绩增幅尤其明显.新的教学模式能更好地适用于实习教学,有利于医学生临床诊断技能的培养.By using randomized controlled study, we compared the traditional teaching method with new teaching method, and demonstrated that the new one is superior to the old one. The new model group adopted new teaching content, form, means and evaluation method in the training of basic clinical diagnostic skills, while the traditional, model group used the traditional, method. By making quantitative comparison of teaching quality between the two groups based on objective evaluating criteria, we found significant differenccs between the two groups ( P〈 0.01 ). The experiment group was far superior to the group using traditional method in minicascs and examination results. The new teaching mode can better fit practice teaching and help develop medical students' clinical diagnostic skills.
