摘 要:目的:了解流式细胞术DNA倍体分析在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科肿瘤辅助诊断中的价值。方法:咽喉部新生物(其中炎症组18例,非典型增生组32例,癌组56例包括鼻咽癌21例、喉癌31例、下咽癌4例)作流式细胞术DNA倍体分析和病理学检查,比较2种检查方法的异同。结果:(1)异倍体在炎症组中检出率为11.11%(2/18),在非典型增生组中检出率为93.75%(30/32),在癌组中检出率为83.92%(47/56);(2)炎症组与非典型增生组相比,异倍体差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组间S期细胞差异无显著性(P>0.01);(3)炎症组与癌组比,异倍体差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组间S期细胞差异有显著性(P<0.01);(4)非典型增生组与癌组相比,异倍体差异无显著性(P>0.01),S期细胞差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:DNA倍体分析能快速准确诊断耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科肿瘤。Objective: To study the significance of DNA content analysis by flow cytometry in pathologic assessment of otolaryngocarcinoma. Methods: DNA ploidy was analyzed with flow cytometry and pathological examination was undertaken to 106 specimens including 18 cases of inflammatory tissue (IT group), 32 cases of atypical hyperplasia (AH group), and 56 cases of carcinoma (CA group, 21 of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 31 of laryngocarcinoma, and 4 of lower-pharyngeal carcinoma). Resuits: 1) 2 cases of heteroploid were found in IT group (2/18, 11.11%), 30 in AH group (30/32, 93.75%), and 47 in CA group (47/56, 83.92%); 2) Heteroploid level of AH group differed from that of IT group (P 〈 0.01), while no significant difference of S cell was found between the 2 groups (P 〈 0.01); 3) Heteroploid level and S cell level of CA group were different from those of IT group (P 〈 0.01); 4) The difference between Heteroploid levels of AH group and CA group was not significant ( P 〉 0.01 ), while the difference of S cell levels between them was obvious ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: DNA content analysis is helpful in fast diagnosis of otolaryngocarcinoma.
