摘  要:目的观察半导体激光在玻璃体视网膜显微手术中治疗视网膜脱离的疗效.方法采用半导体激光联合玻璃体切除治疗复杂性视网膜脱离61例61眼,并与冷凝联合玻璃体切除治疗复杂性视网膜脱离60例60眼进行对照.结果随访6~25个月,半导体激光组术后7眼视网膜脱离复发,冷凝组16眼复发,半导体激光组一次手术治愈率88.5%(54/61)较冷凝组73.3%(44/60)高(P<0.05),半导体激光组总的手术治愈率95.1%(58/61)与冷凝组91.7%(55/60)相当(P>0.05),但术后6月脱盲(视力≥0.05)率65.6%(40/61)较冷凝组46.7%(28/60)高(P<0.05).结论半导体激光联合玻璃体切除治疗复杂性视网膜脱离,其总的治愈率与冷凝联合玻璃体切除治疗复杂性视网膜脱离相当,但其一次手术治愈率较高,视功能恢复较好.Objective To observe the effect of diode laser photocoagulation combined with vitrectomy in treatment of retinal detachment(RD) .Methods The RD cases were divided into 2 groups. 61 RD cases(61 eyes) were performed with diode laser photocogulation combined with vitrectomy in group 1.60 RD cases(60 eyes) were performed by cryotherapy combined with vitrectomy in group 2,Results All cases were followed 6-25 months postoperatively. Retinal redetached occurred in 7 eyes in group 1 and in 16 eyes in group 2. There were significant difference between two groups in healing rate(P〈0.05) ,which was achieved in 54 of 61 eyes(88.5% ) in grouo 1, in 44 of 60 eyes( 73.3 % ) in group 2. There were not significant difference between two groups in total healing rate( P 〉0.05) ,which was achieved in 58 of 61 eyes(95.1% ) in group 1 ,in 55 of 60 eyes(91.7% ) in group 2. But the out of blindness rate (vision acuity≥0.05) in group 1 was 65.6% (40/61), higher than group 2 with 46.7% (28/60).Concision As for total healing rate, there is no significant difference between diode laser photocoagulation combined with vitrectomy and cryotherapy combined with vitrectomy, but diode laser photocoagulation combined with vitrectomy can increase first-time healing rate, and restore the effective vision.
