摘 要:目的:测试G IC与牙本质及光固化复合树脂之间的密合性。方法:将56颗颊面制备好牙本质窝洞的成人磨牙随机分为数目相同的A、B两组,用不同方法处理牙本质窝洞后分别充填G IC;用G IC制成的窝洞56个分为C、D两组,分别经酸蚀和未经酸蚀处理后充填复合树脂,所有标本经2%亚甲兰液染色24 h后颊舌向剖开,立体显微镜下观测颜料渗入深度。结果:不同处理方法其微漏深度不同,G IC与牙本质的密合性优于与复合树脂的密合(P<0.01)。结论:夹层技术能增强边缘密合性,酸蚀及EDTA处理后微漏深度变浅(P<0.01)。Objective: To evaluate in vitro marginal microleakage in sandwich technique restorations using different methods. Methods: Fifty - eight adult molars were prepared cavity in buccal surface and divided into 2 equal groups ( n = 28 ) , group A and group B. In group A, cavity conditioning before application of GIC was done with 2%EDTA; in group B, no conditioner was used and the cavity was filled with GIC directly. Fifty - eight cavities filled by GIC were divided into 2 equal groups, group C and group D. Cavity etching before restoration of composite resin was done in group C with 37% phosphatic acid ; in group D, only water rinsing was performed before fillings with composite. Then, all specimens were immersed in a 2% methylene blue solution for 24 h. After washing, they were sectioned in a bucco - lingual direction. Each specimen was detected under a stereomicroscope and measured marginal leakage. Results: Significant differences (P 〈 0. 01 ) among four groups with respect to dye penetration were detected. Conclusion: The seal ability of sandwich technique was better. The etching and conditioning could enhance bond strength.
