摘　　要：介绍了PDCA管理法的基本内涵,根据隧道施工的现实需求,将PDCA管理法与隧道施工进度控制相结合,提出了相应的隧道施工进度滚动柔性控制方法,并结合实际隧道工程项目,通过由计划-实施-检查-处理过程的多次循环,消除了影响进度延迟的关键因素,极大地改善了隧道施工进度管理。The connotation of PDCA method is introduced, according to the requirement of tunnel construetion, the PDCA method is used in combination with control of tunnel construetion schedule, a rotating flexible control method for tunnel construction schedule is presented The factors influencing the schedule delay is eleminated by multiple circutafion of plan-do-check-action and the tunnel construction schedule control is improved.
