先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的免疫组化研究

摘　　要：目的研究先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的增生和表达情况,探讨先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌纤维化的发生机制。方法采用Masson三色胶原染色法观察胶原的增生情况;免疫组织化学染色法观察Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的表达情况。结果Masson染色显示病变组胶原大量增生,免疫组织化学染色显示Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原在病变组表达明显增加,其增加较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌的纤维化与Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的增生有关,其纤维化的程度与Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原增生的量有关。Objective To investigate the expression and hyperplasy of Collagen Type Ⅰ and Ⅲ in stemornastoid muscle of congenital muscular torticollis and to explore the pathogenesis of stemomastoid muscle fibrosis. Methods The hyperplastic state of collagen fiber was observed by Masson collagen staining method and immunohistochemical method was performed to investigate the expression of Collagen Type Ⅰ, Ⅲ. Results By Masson collagen staining method, it was observed that the collagen fibers proliferated excessively. In immunohistochemistry, the expre.ssion of Collagen Type Ⅰ, Ⅲ in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The degrees of stemomastold muscle fibrosis in congenital muscular torticollis are related to the hyperplasy of Collagen Type Ⅰ, Ⅲ.
