渝东南地区中小学教师心理健康状况抽样调查

摘　　要：为了解渝东南地区中小学教师的心理健康状况,采用症状自评量表对该地区中小学在职教师进行了调查。调查结果显示:渝东南地区中小学教师的心理健康状况总体上比较良好,但女教师的心理健康水平稍低于男教师,已婚教师的心理健康水平稍好于未婚教师,中学教师的心理健康水平稍低于小学教师。To investigate the mental heath status of primary and middle school teachers in the southeast areas of Chongqing, the teachers there were assessed by SCL - 90. We discover that the mental health status of primary and middle school teachers of the said areas is much higher than the norm. The mental health status of female teachers is slightly lower than that of the male teachers. Married teachers are slightly higher than unmarried teachers in their mental health status. The mental health status of the primary school teachers were a bit higher than that of the middle school teachers.
