光泽县消除地方性克汀病20年综合干预效果研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解光泽县地方性克汀病20年综合防治的效果。[方法]采用PPS抽样法和随机整群抽样法调查。[结果]儿童甲状腺肿大率从防治前的56.4%下降到3.9%,尿碘中位数306.5μg/L,居民碘盐覆盖率96.1%,合格碘盐食用率90.3%,供应碘盐第2年后未再出现新发病例。[结论]光泽县实现了消除地方性克汀病的预期目标。[Objective] To study 20 years disease control effect of endemic cretinism in Guangze County. [Method] PPS （probability proportional to size cluster sampling） and random cluster sampling methods were used for the investigation. [Result] Thyroid gland swell rate of children decreased from 56.41% to 3.9%;The median of urine iodine was 306.5 μg/L;Coverage rate of iodine salt was 96.1%;The percentage of household consuming effective iodine salt was 90. 3%, No new case found two years later by furnishing iodine salt. [Conclusion] The objective of endemic cretinism elimination is reached by the disease control in Guandze County.
