摘　　要：本文从社团组织发展的角度考察了西泠印社产生的社会文化背景、组织原则和结构特征,认为西泠印社是一个组织严密、结构完备,具有开放性特征的近代学术社团,在社团组织史上留下了深刻的启示。From the perspective of society organization, the paper studies the social cultural background, organizing principle and structure characteristics of Xiling Engravers＇ Society. It holds that Xiling Engravers＇ Society is strictly organized and perfectly constructed, and is an open modem academic society. Xiling Engravers＇ Society gives profound inspiration in the history of society organization.
