摘　　要：综观顾雏军的职业生涯,对时机的准确把握、对人际关系的高超处理以及大胆、偏执的个性造就了过去的“光辉岁月”。Gu Chujun,the former Chairman of Kelon,will fade away from the economy.The reason of his failure is not competitive with the other talents but digging his own grave.At the beginning of 1990,being only 31-year-old,Gu Chujun being well-know at the economic field was still confident of the cryogen technology invented by himself to get significant achievement while it's not certificated by authority,which may be necessary factor for all talents getting achievement—confidence. Tenacity,another factor is represented at Gu Chunjun.At beginning of 90s on 20 century,he always failed in founding or investing many air-conditioning manufactories.Although,the more unsuccessful he got,the more ambitious he was.However, his reputation has gone down rapidly since 2005.Because his ability is not equal to his ambition after purchasing in term of sudden and fast process.Moreover,at the beginning of Sep., after arresting,he became a failing crazy capitalist.And then all achievement he gained,such as mastered four enterprises owning stock in market including the two largest house refrigeration vendors called Kelon and Meiling. During 15 years,what significant we discussed the crazy capitalist is how he gains success but going down the failure.
