摘　　要：目前我国具有液化石油气LPG水上运输资质的船公司共24家,拥有液化气船舶64艘,总运力约6.4万载重吨,总舱容为123150立方米。在现有船舶中,只有一艘船有外贸运输资质,绝大部分船只只能从事内贸运输,其中有12条船只能从事内河运输(长江中下游)。我国LPG船舶船龄明显偏老,至2005年,我国LPG船平均船龄为18年,沿海船舶的平均船龄则达到了21年。目前,我国液化气水运市场的发展面临船舶状况不佳、缺乏规模经营、经营环境不规范、船员不足以及资金投入不足等问题。展望未来,液化气消费市场将继续保持增长趋势,这将给水运市场提供良好的发展机遇;特种工业气体运输市场的形成,必将促进液化气水运市场的全面发展;液化气水运量将呈现稳步增长的趋势,经营规模将不断扩大;同时,液化气水运市场竞争将更加理性化和规范化,企业发展将逐渐步入良性循环。Sofar,there are 24 shipping companies with the necessary qualifications for LPG water transportation in China. Altogether, they own 64 LPG ships with a combined transport capability of 64,000 tons and total storage capacity of 123150 cubic meters. But among all the ships, only one is qualified for foreign transportation. The rest are only for domestic LPG transportation. Only 12 could undertake river transportation along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. In 2005, the average age of the LPG ships in China is 18 years, and that of those in the coastal area is as high as 21 years. This shows, the LPG water transportation market in China is troubled by such problems as aging ships in poor condition, a lack of scale of economy in operation, a poor operating environment, understaffing and shortage of funds. But the envisioned trend of development in this market will bring great opportunities for its development in the future. The emergence of the special industrial gas transportation market will give a big boost to the expansion of the LPG water transportation market; the increase in the amount of LPG transported via water will keep widening the scale of operation; and the fairer and more standard market competition will put the businesses in a track of robust and positived evelopment.
