摘　　要：目的:探讨针对医源性髓室穿孔的治疗方法.方法:对4例医源性髓腔穿孔的患牙用3M SingleBond粘接剂和3M F200光固化复合体经髓腔充填修复穿孔,进行完善的根管充填后3个月随访观察.结果:患牙治疗后保存成功.结论:光固化复合体可以替代银汞合金对医源性髓腔穿孔进行修复.Objective： To discuss the clinical treatment of iatrogenic pulp cavity pertoration, Methods： The teeth of 4 cases were treated by filling the perforations with the 3M ESPE Single Bond, Adhesive and the 3M ESPE F200 Compomer through the pulp cavities, the root canals were obturated well and follow - up surveys were conducted for 3 months. Results： The teeth with perforations were cured. Conclusion： A pulp cavity perforation can be repaired by the compomer instead of silver amalgam.
