摘　　要：肿瘤的发生发展是一个多基因、多步骤、多阶段的逐步的过程.p16基因的失活和CyclinD1基因的过表达在肺癌的发生发展中起着重要的作用,对p16基因和CyclinD1基因的研究有利于早期诊断和治疗肺癌,提高患者的生存率.Oncogenesis is of multi - gene, multistep and multistage event. Deactivation of p16 and overexpression of CyclinD1 play an important role in lung cancer oncogenesis. Investigation of p16 and CyclinD1 will help to the early diagnosis and therapy of lung cancer, which can improve the survival rate.
