摘　　要：图书馆及阅览室,是补充教师教学要求的资料库。充分掌握教师的阅读兴趣及特殊要求,是搞好阅览室工作的重要保障。本文以此为突破口,结合我院北校区的实际情况,探讨图书馆如何高效利用阅览室,做好教辅工作。Library and reading rooms are the databases for teachers to access supplementary information. Fully understanding teachers＇ reading interests and their special needs is the key to do a good job of reading room. Taking this as a starting point, and with the conditions of the north campus of our college, it is discussed how to improve efficiency of the reading room for teaching assistance.
