摘　　要：遗传性疾病及肿瘤严重威胁人类的健康，本世纪７０年代以来分子生物学和重组ＤＮＡ技术的突飞猛进的发展，给人类基因治疗带来了曙光，一个崭新的基因治疗时代已经来临，我们必需做好充分的思想准备。本文简单介绍了基因治疗的方法、发展历史与最新进展，讨论了基因治疗目前存在的问题，探讨了发展对策。Abstract The genetic diseases and tumors threaten the humanhealthy.Since the 70’s of the 20th century,molecular biology and the recombinant DNA techniques have been developing speedily and have brought a bright for humangene therapy.A new time of human gene therapy is coming.We must get ready for it in mind.This article simplyintroduce the methods, history and new progress of genetherapy,discuss the problem at present and inquire intothe developing strategy of gene therapy。
