摘　　要：根据腭帆提肌的解剖特点，利用折叠式双咽后壁组织瓣，来补偿腭帆提肌的作用，使腭裂患者术后以获得良好的腭咽闭合，经过２６０例临床应用。According to the anatomical characteristics of levator muscle of palatine velum, the function of the muscle was compensated with the folding posterior bilateral pharyngeal flaps in the patients with cleft palate and velopharyngeal closure was improved. Ameliorated vocalization was obtained in 260 cases after palatopharyngoplasty.
