摘  要:采用频率36.5GHz、输出功率120mW、功率密度7mW/cm2毫米波配合放疗治疗浅表转移瘤,癌细胞DNA荧光强度测定,以任意单位AU表示,实验组平均为1200.70±70.50,对照组平均为1505.27±71.48(t=3.004,P<0.05)。癌细胞DNA吸收光定量分析,以任意单位AU表示,实验组总吸收平均为58.71±3.10,总面积平均为309.84±14.50,对照组分别为73.87±4.96和350.35±6.69(t=2.589,P<0.05;t=2.534,P<0.05)。临床观察结果:毫米波辐射并放疗治疗浅表转移瘤DT40Gy、70Gy两次评定疗效,CR+PR综合组均为100%,单纯放疗组40Gy为25.0%、70Gy为84.6%,两组疗效对比差异有显著性(DT40Gy比较X2=361.1,P<0.005;DT70Gy比较X2=229.6,P<0.005)。研究结果表明,毫米波辐射对癌细胞有一定程度的抑制和杀伤作用,综合治疗组疗效优于单纯放疗组。毫米波辐射并放疗治疗浅表转移瘤,不仅有放疗增效作用,而且对正常组织有保护和修复作用。in this paper,the superficial metastatic tumors including the animals and patients were treated with millimeter (MM) wave(36. 5GHz, 12mW, 7mW/cm2) and radiotherapy to observe their effects. Using the fluorescence intensity measurement (which was indicated by AU), it was shown that the DNA fluorescence intensity of cancer cells in experimental group was 1200. 70±70. 50,and that of control group was 1505.27±71. 48 averagely. There was a difference(P<0. 05). From the quantitative analysis of light absorption in cancer cell DNA, the all absorption value was averagely 58.71± 3. 10 and the value of-total-area was 309. 84±14. 50. While the control group was 73. 87± 4. 96 and 350. 35±6. 69 respectively(P<0. 05). On the clinical study,the patients treated by synthetic therapy all received CR and PR, those by single radiotherapy were only 25. 0% (CR) and 84. 6% (PR). This study indicated that the MM wave irradiation on the cancer cells presented a cancerocidal effect. When the MM wave is combined with the radiotherapy, they can enhance the therapeutic effects and protect the normal tissues or repair them.
