摘 要:目的:研究大鼠移植性肝癌(直径≤10mm)的血供情况,以此来确定该模型能否作为影像诊断技术进行微小肝癌检出敏感性研究的理想实验动物。材料与方法:通过实验方法建立了10个大鼠移植性肝癌的模型,共20个肿瘤,病灶直径≤10mm,并随机将大鼠分成2组(10个肿瘤),腹腔麻醉后剖腹经肝动脉或门静脉注射1.5ml左右的碘油(lipiodol)。采用软X线摄影技术和光镜下观察碘油在肿瘤内分布。结果:肝动脉注射碘油组,有8个肿瘤在软X线片上呈肿瘤染色现象,同时光镜下显示肿瘤内部有大量碘油沉积;门静脉注射碘油组,软X线片上仅见2个肿瘤部分边缘有门静脉细小分枝经过,光镜下显示肿瘤边缘有少量碘油沉积。结论:大鼠移植性肝癌模型的肿瘤由肝动脉供血为主,门静脉几乎不参与肿瘤供血或仅在肿瘤边缘部分参与肿瘤营养,其类似于人肝细胞癌血供情况。故作者认为该模型可作为影像诊断技术进行微小肝癌检出敏感性研究的理想实验动物模型。Objective:To study distribution of blood supply for the tumors(diameter≤10mm)of transplanted hepatoma of rat in order to clarify whether the modal could be served as an ideal experimental animal to evaluate the sensitivity of imaging modalities in detecting micro-hepatoma. Materials and Methods: Twenty tumors(diameter≤10mm)of transplanted hepatoma were set up in 10 rats by means of experimental method, which were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 5 rats with 10 tumors, After injecting about 1.5ml lipiodol via hepatic artery or portal vein in respective group by means of laporatomy under celiac anaesthesia, soft X-ray radiography and microscopic exam were taken for observation of distribution of lipiodol in the tumors. Results:8 tumors demonstrated stain by lipiodol in soft X-ray radiography for hepatic artery group and there were large amounts of lipiodol to deposit in the tumor under observation of microscope; meanwhile only 2 tumors had fine branches of portal vein passing through the peripheral tumor for portal vein group and there were a bit of lipiodol to deposit in perpheral part of the tumor in respective soft X-ray radiography and microscopic exam. Conclusion: The tumor of transplanted hepatoma of rat derived predominantly from hepatic artery,and portal vein did not participate in it or did only in the peripheral part of the tumor. It was similar to that of hepatocellular carcinoma of human beings. The author suggested that the rat's modal could be served as an ideal experimental animal to evaluate the sensitivity of imaging modalities in detecting micro-hepatoma.
