摘 要:目的明确自行研制的新型升血小板因子是否具有免疫原性。方法分别用佐剂、新型升血小板因子+佐剂、新型升血小板因子、鸡卵清蛋白+佐剂免疫Balb/c小鼠,采用琼脂免疫扩散试验和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测小鼠血清中的抗体。结果ELISA法未检测到血清中的抗体;琼脂免疫扩散试验血清经72h扩散观察未出现沉淀线,没有形成抗原抗体复合物。结论用新型升血小板因子免疫Balb/c小鼠,未发现能够刺激小鼠产生抗新型升血小板因子抗体。Objective To study the immunogenicity of a new thrombopoietic factor in vivo. Methods Balb/c mice were immunized by the new thrombopoietic factor combining with Freund adjuvant or egg albumin through hypodermic injection. The new thrombopoietic factor was injected intramuscularly into Balb/c mice. The antibodies of the mice were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and agar-immune diffusion test. Results The agar-immune diffusion test indicated that no antigen-antibody compound formed in 72 h. No antibody was found in all mice by ELISA. Conclusion The new thrombopoietic factor has no immunogenicity in BALB/c mouse.
