高压氧对老年脑梗死患者血清细胞间粘附分子-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年脑梗死患者高压氧(HBO)治疗前后体内可溶性细胞间粘附分子1(sICAM1)表达水平的变化及其与疾病变化相关性。方法选择老年脑梗死患者及老年健康体检者各20例,通过ELISA法分别检测其血清sICAM1水平并进行组间比较。结果脑梗死组sICAM1值高于正常对照组,其组间差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HBO治疗后脑梗死组sICAM1水平显著降低(P<0.01),与正常对照组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HBO可明显抑制老年脑梗死患者体内sICAM1的表达。Objective To investigate and compare the effects of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） on the expression of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in the elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Twenty elderly patients with cerebral infarction and twenty healthy eldly people were taken as subjects. The serum concentration of sICAM-1 in the cerebral infarction group and the control group was indirectly tested by ELISA method, and the levels of sICAM-1 were compared and analyzed. Results The result of statistic analysis indicated that the level of sICAM-1 in the cerebral infarction group is higher, and there was significantly difference between the cerebral infarction group and the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The level of sICAM-1 in the cerebral infarction group was significantly lower after HBO treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. And there was no significant difference between the cerebral infarction group and the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions HBO could markedly inhibit the activities of sICAM-1 in patients with cerebral infarction.
