摘  要:目的观察复方苦参碱对人烧伤后增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的抑制作用,为烧伤后增生性瘢痕的治疗提供实验依据。方法体外培养烧伤后的人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞,加入不同含量的复方苦参碱,24h后观察细胞形态学,以乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)为指标观察细胞毒性,用MTT法检测其增殖活性。结果不同含量的复方苦参碱均能改变成纤维细胞形态,抑制细胞增殖,含量在300μg.ml-1以下无明显的细胞毒作用。结论复方苦参碱对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞具有抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖关系,具有防治增生性瘢痕的应用前景。Aim To explore the effects of compound prescripition of sophocarpidne on postbum hypertrophic scar- derived fibroblasts, so as to provide experimental support for the treatment of postbum hypertrophic scar. Methods Hypertrophic scar- derived fibroblasts were harvested and cultured in vitro. The proliferation activity of the fibroblasts was examined by MTr method. The cellular morphology, proliferation activity and the cytotoxicity of the drug were observed after 24 hours of culture. Results The fibroblast morphology could be altered by any concentration of compound prescripition of sophocarpidne solution. Furthermore, the cell count and the cellular proliferation activity were both decreased obviously by the treatment of compound prescripition of sophocarpidne. Conclusion The cellular morphology and proliferation activity of postbum hypertrophic scar - derived fibroblasts could all be inhibited by compound prescripition of sophocaxpidne in a dose- dependent manner. Compound prescripition of sophocarpidne might be a potential agent for the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scars.
