摘  要:目的:探讨外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对形觉剥夺性近视眼的调控作用。方法:出生2d龄的来亨雏鸡共35只,随机分为3组,即空白对照组、阴性对照组和实验组,各组雏鸡右眼采用眼罩遮盖1wk,左眼作为自身对照眼。空白对照组的形觉剥夺眼不作任何处理;阴性对照组采用空白载体20μL对形觉剥夺眼行玻璃体腔注射;实验组形觉剥夺眼玻璃体腔注射20μL含载体的1,2,4ngbFGF。1wk后测量各组雏鸡形觉剥夺眼及自身对照眼的屈光度和眼轴长度。结果:实验组较空白对照组及阴性对照组明显抑制形觉剥夺造成眼轴过度生长所形成的近视,其差异有显著意义(P<0.05);并且实验组的不同剂量即1,2,4ng,对形觉剥夺眼近视的抑制作用呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05);所有组自身对照眼屈光度及眼轴长度两两比较均无显著差异。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子能抑制形觉剥夺造成眼轴过度生长所形成的近视眼。AIM: To evaluate the exogenous basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) as a regulator on form deprivation (FD) myopia. METHODS: Thirty-five chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups: the blank control group, the negative control group and the experimental group. The right eyes of the chickens were shaded for 1wk and the left eyes served as the auto control eyes. The shaded eyes of blank control group received no treatment. The FD eyes of the negative control group received 20 μL vehicle intravitreal injections. The FD eyes of the experimental group received different doses of bFGF (1, 2, 4ng) intravitreal injections. Chicken eyeball axial length and refraction of the FD eyes and the auto control eyes in all the animals were assessed 1wk after the FD. RESULTS: Compared with the negative control group and blank control group, the experimental group significantly suppressed the axial length increase of myopia induced by the form-deprivation (?〈0.05). bFGF suppressed the FD myopia in a dose-dependent manner (P〈0.05). No differences in the auto control eyes of the three groups were found (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: Eyeball axis excess development induced by FD can be suppressed by the exogenously delivered basic fibroblast growth factor.
