摘　　要：阐述了社会整合的重要性、复杂性及面临的挑战。分析了中国传统社会整合模式及其局限性。提出在社会整合模式上,不断加强制度建设;在社会整合途径上,从一元的行政性社会整合,转变为多元的契约性整合;在社会整合方式上,由传统的一元的刚性整合转变为多元的柔性整合,以此提高党的社会整合能力。Since the reformation of social integration has become complicated, Chinese traditional social integration which rely on ideology excessively is facing with challenges. Modernization of social integration should strengthen system construction and alter one-track administrative method to many-faceted contractual integration and alter one-track rigid integration to many-faceted gentle integration.
