彩色多普勒能量图及其三维能量成像在精索静脉曲张症诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)及其三维能量成像在精索静脉曲张症诊断中的应用。方法用彩色多普勒能量图观察精索静脉曲张症41例,并进行三维能量成像观察。结果所有病例三维能量成像结果均能显示出精索静脉曲张症之扩张静脉呈迂曲、杂乱的“蔓状”立体信息图-可获得较为直观、形态逼真、走向完整的立体血管丛图像。结论利用彩色多普勒能量图及其三维能量成像方法检查精索静脉曲张症是可行的,它可以直观、逼真、完整地显示精索静脉曲张症的静脉之形态特征,能为诊断提供直观信息从而提高诊断的准确性。Objective To discuss the clinical application of color Dopplor energy （CDE） and three dimensional color power angiography （3D-CPA） in the diagnosis of varicocele. Methods CDE and 3D-CPA were performed to observe 41 cases varicocele. Results In all cases, 3D CPA showed that the enlarged veins of varicocele were curved, dilated and disorderly, displayed＂ crept cluster-like three dimensional information diagrams and provided relatively intuitive, real form and integrated three dimensional visual diagrams of the venous network images for doctors. Conclusions CI）E and 3D-CPA can display the characteristics of the pathologic varicocele imformations directly, visually and integratedly for the correct diagnosis and the diagnosis confidence.
