CD_(44V)6、MMP-9在胃癌中的表达及其生物学行为关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨CD44第6变异株(CD44V6)、金属基质蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白在胃癌中表达特点及其生物学行为关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测CD44V6、MMP-9蛋白在胃癌中的表达。结果胃癌组织中,CD44V6、MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为61.11%、64.28%。CD44V6与MMP-9共同阳性表达者淋巴转移率为90.38%,明显高于其他类型(P<0.05);其5年生存率为21.15%,低于其他类型(P<0.05)。CD44V6、MMP-9的表达还与肿瘤TNM临床分期、浸润深度有关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤组织类型无关(P>0.05)。结论CD44V6及MMP-9蛋白对胃癌转移及预后具有重要作用。通过检测这2种基因表达水平,可作为肿瘤早期诊断、转移及复发的生物学标志物,有助于判断胃癌的进展和预后。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions ot CD44v6 and MMP-9 and the biology behaviors in gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 were tested by immunohistochemical method in 126 cases of gastric cancer. Results In gastric cancer,the positive expression rates of CD44v6 and MMP-9 proteins：were 61.11% and 64. 28 %, respectively. The rate of lymph node metastasis in the group of positive co-expression of the two genes was 90.38% which was much higher than that in other groups（P〈0.05）,and the 5 year survival rate was 21.15% and much lower than that in other groups（P〈0.05）. The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 were closely correlated with TNM staging and depth of invasion（P〈 0.05）,but was no significantly relationship with histological types（P〉0.05）. Conclusion CD44v6 and MMP-9 could be served as indictors for evaluating the metastasis and prognosis in gastric cancer.
