105例眼球壁向后膨隆的超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的对眼球壁向后膨隆呈杯状无回声的超声声像图进行诊断分析。方法利用超声诊断仪,收集105例(150眼)眼球壁欠圆、球壁向后膨隆呈杯状无回声的声像图,注意杯状无回声的位置,量出杯状回声的杯口宽度、深度。结果150眼中,107眼为高度近视后巩膜葡萄肿占71.3%,32眼为视神经萎缩占21.3%,8眼为先天性脉络膜缺损占5.3%,3眼为视乳头先天异常占2%。结论分析超声声像图的特点,可对这4种疾病进行鉴别诊断。Objective To analyze the ultrasonic images with cup-liked non-echo of eyecoat palinal bulged. Methods Using ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus produced by French BVI. Co, 150 eyes＇s ultrasonic images with cup-liked non-echo of eyeeoat palinal bulged in 105 patients with noround eyecoat were examined. The location of cup-liked non-echo as well as their width and depth were examined. Results There was high myopia posterior seleral staphyloma in 107 of 150 eyes （71.3%）. Thirty-two of 150 eyes were optic atrophy,which took up 21.30%. Congenital ehoriodal eoloboma was found in eight eyes （5.4 %）,and congenital obnormality of optic nerve papilla was found in 3 of 150 eyes（2%）. Conclusion Through the analysis of the ultrasonic images for the four diseases, we can differential diagnose them.
