摘　　要：发展观的价值研究中正义性问题日益突出,可持续发展观是一种主要体现为代际间的发展正义观。可持续发展观正义性已受到挑战与得到重新审视。科学发展观是对可持续发展观的价值突破与升华:时空耦合是科学发展观追求的理想状态,以人为本是科学发展观的终极理想,自由是科学发展观的价值理念。：The point on sustainable development shows the injustice between the different gaps＂ development, but its defect lies in ignorance about justice leading to philosophical reflection. The value of the view on scientific development is toward overall direction, thus is called systematic development, which attaches great importance to human beings as the value of development explicitly. To sum up, the point on scientific development is the ideal pursuit of the development view.
