摘　　要：在注重素质教育的形势下,学习者独立能力的培养日益受到重视。立足于大学英语教学改革要求,从理论依据、应用意义到实施策略等方面探讨了大学英语教学的独立能力培养。In the situation of empliasizing education for all round＂ devolopment, development learners＇ independent ability has captured widespread attention. This paper explores the development of learners＇ independent ability in CET in terms of the requirement of CET reform in aspects of its theoretical foundation, practical significance and implementing strategies.
