摘 要:就业协议书是高校毕业生就业过程中与用人单位签订的重要协议,是用人单位录用毕业生的依据,明确就业协议书是录用合同的法律性质,有利于减少违约现象,有利于保护毕业生的权益,更有利于正确适用法律,顺利解决纠纷。The employment agreement is an important document reached between the graduate and the employer when the graduate is hunting for a job. Also it is a basis for the employer to hire the graduates. The employment agreement's legal essence can be determined as an employment contract. Thereby the phenomena of breaching the treaty can be reduced. Also, for the determination, it is in favor of protecting the graduates' fights and interests. Moreover it is propitious to apply the law correctly, and settle the disputes smoothly.
