摘 要:目的探讨多系统萎缩(MSA)的临床特点,为临床诊断提供依据。方法按Gilman诊断标准,回顾性分析38例拟诊MSA和10例可能MSA患者的临床资料、肛门括约肌肌电图(EAS-EMG)和其他辅助检查。结果本组有橄榄脑桥小脑萎缩(OPCA)15例,Shy-Drager综合征(SDS)20例和纹状体黑质变性(SND)13例。29例行EAS-EMG检查,23例有自发电位。结论临床表现与EAS-EMG等辅助检查结合,可提高MSA的诊断率。Objective To analyze clinical characteristics of 48 patients with possible multiple system atrophy (MSA) in order to offer more evidence for the correct diagnosis of the disease. Methods The clinical data of 38 cases probably diagnosed as MSA and 10 cases with possible MSA based on Gilman diagnostic criteria were retrospectively analyzed. External anal sphincter electromyography (EAS-EMG) and other accessory examinations were carried out. Results Among the 48 cases, 15 cases were olivopontocerebellar atrophy (OPCA), 20 cases Shy-Drager syndrome (SDS) and 13 cases striatonigral degeneration (SND). Twenty-three of 29 cases examined by EAS-EMG showed spontaneous activities. Conclusion The diagnostic rate of MSA can be improved by the combination of clinical manifestations, EAS-EMG and other accessory examinations.
