妇炎舒胶囊药理作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究妇炎舒的抗炎、解热和抑菌的药理作用。方法采用角叉菜所致的大鼠足肿胀模型,二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀模型和醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型,观察妇炎舒胶囊的抗炎作用;采用三联菌苗所致的大鼠实验性发热模型,观察妇炎舒胶囊的解热作用;采用琼脂平板法,观察妇炎舒胶囊对五种细(真)菌的抑制作用。结果妇炎舒胶囊对角叉菜所致的大鼠足肿胀有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用(P<0.001)。对醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性有显著的降低作用(P<0.01)。对三联菌苗所致的大鼠实验性发热有显著的降低作用(P<0.05)。体外抑菌试验表明,妇炎舒胶囊对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、克雷柏杆菌有一定的抗菌作用,对白色念珠菌则无抗菌作用。结论妇炎舒胶囊有显著的抗炎和解热作用,并有一定的抑菌作用。Objective To study the pharmacological effects （i. e. , anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and antibiotic effects ） of Fuyanshu capsules. Methods animal models of rat＇s foot swelling induced by carrageen, mice＇s auricle swelling induced by xylene and the increase of capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid were used to determine the anti-inflammatory effect of Fuyanshu capsules; animal models of experimental fever in rats induced by endotoxin was used to determine the antipyretic effect of Fuyanshu capsules ; in vitro agar plate method was used to determine the anti-biotic effect of Fuyanshu capsules, Results Fuyanshu capsules can inhibit foot swelling induced by carrageen in rats （ P 〈0. 01 ） and auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice （P 〈0.001 ） ; and reduce capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice （ P 〈 0.01 ）. It can also reduce fever in rats induced by endotoxin （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In vitro Fuyanshu capsules showed antibiotic effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hemolyticus A and Klebsiella. Conclusion Fuyanshu capsules has significant anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effect and certain antibiotic effects,
