摘 要:目的:研究CT仿真支气管内窥镜(VB)及多层面成像(MPR)在中央型肺癌的临床应用价值。方法:53例可疑中央型肺癌病例行薄层螺旋CT容积扫描后将图像传到工作站,使用VB和MPR软件将图像数据重建为VB和MPR图像,并将图像显示中央型肺癌的结果与手术或纤维支气管内窥镜(FB)所见对照分析。结果:VB及MPR图像能显示肿瘤部位,形态,内部特征,管壁外侵犯情况,管腔形态和程度,以及测量沿管壁长轴累及的范围等。本组53例均与手术病理或纤维支气管内窥镜所见相符合。结论:VB结合MPR能对中央型肺癌作出定位,定性和定量诊断,对临床活检和手术治疗起指导作用,具有十分重要的临床实用价值。Objective:To study the clinical practice value of CT virtual bronchoscopy (VB) and multiplanar reformation (MPR) in central lung cancer. Methods:Thin slice helical CT scan was underwent in 53 patients with suspected central lung cancer. Images were transferred to Alatoview workstation. VB and MPR images were obtained with VB, MPR image processing software. The findings were compared with results of surgery or fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FB). Results: VB and MPR images displayed the locations, morphologies, internal features, extramural invasion situations, morphologies of luminal, extents, measured longitudinal invasion ranges. The results were all consistent with results of surgery or fibemptic bronchoscopy. Conclusion: VB combined with MPR can make diagnosis of location, nature, and quantity of central lung cancer and make a direction to biopsy and surgical treatments. The technique has very important clinical diagnostic value.
