摘　　要：目的对浙江省社区护士岗位培训实施情况进行分析。方法通过组建全省的培训网络,做好师资培训等工作,较好地实施了浙江省社区护士岗位培训。结果营造了良好的社区护理氛围、培养了一批较好的社区护理师资队伍、确立了较好的社区护士岗位培训模式,同时还存在一些问题。结论全省统一管理、统一实施有利于推进社区护士岗位培训工作。Objective To analyze the implementing effect of the community nursing on - job training of Zhejiang province, Methods Through setting up the training organization networks, doing a good job on faculty training and so on, we have implemented on -job training plan of the community nurses well, Result We have created a good community nursing atmosphere, cultivated a group of better faculty for community nursing training, and established a good mode of the community nursing on -job training. Meanwhile, there are some existing problems. Conclusion Managing and implementing the on -job training for community nurses in unified way in the whole province is good for promoting this training work.
