摘　　要：文章首先介绍近50年来国外企业物流管理组织结构的演化过程,大致上经历了物流功能组合、物流机构独立和物流一体化管理的结构三个阶段;然后介绍国内企业的演化状态,发现近年来受国外影响,物流组织结构正在向外国企业接轨;最后介绍物流组织结构发展趋势。The paper discusses the evolution of the organizational structure of logistics management in overseas enterprises since 1950s.It has been evolving about three phases,composed of logistics functions,independence of logistics branch and logistics integration.Then the paper studies the evolution of Chinese enterprises,and finds that the structure of logistics management of Chinese enterprises is integrocting with the overseas enterprises.In the end,the paper discusses developing tendency of organization of logistics management.
