摘　　要：知识管理作为一种新型的管理模式与方法,是适应知识经济时代管理实践发展要求的。高等院校是用知识培育人才的机构,更应明确知识管理的本质和意义,并结合我国高等教育的管理现状,探索推进高校实施知识管理的策略。Knowledge management, as a new management mode and method, is fit for the development requirements of management practice in knowledge times. Universities and colleges as the institutes training and cultivating talents with knowledge should know the essence and significance of knowledge management and find out the strategy of improving the implementation of knowledge management in light of the current situation of management of higher education in China.
