摘　　要：分析了图书馆的发展现状和趋势,阐述了知识经济时代高校图书馆的管理观念创新、服务理念创新和管理手段创新。This paper analyzes on the developing situation and the trends of the library, and expounds the innovation of the managerial conception, the innovation of the service conception, and the innovation of the managerial means of university library in the era of the knowledge-based economy.
