调Q-开关翠绿宝石激光治疗脂溢性角化病121例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察调Q-开关翠绿宝石激光治疗脂溢性角化病121例的临床疗效.方法脂溢性角化病患者121例,男性26例,女性95例;年龄36～66岁.根据患者年龄、皮损性质、部位和组织反应调整调Q-开关翠绿宝石激光的能量密度,范围在7.0～8.5 J/cm2.治疗1～3次.间隔4～6个月.结果随诊6个月,治疗1、2、3次的有效率分别为71.4%、81.2%、100%.治疗次数与疗效相关.结论调Q-开关翠绿宝石激光治疗脂溢性角化病安全,有效.Objective ：To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of the seborrheic keratosis by using the Q-switched Alexandrite laser. Methods ：According to the ages, sex and condition of diseases of 121 patients, these seborrheic keratosis patients were treated through choosing the different technical parameters. Results： In the 121 patients, the numbers of male and female were 26 and 95, respectively. Their ages ranged from 36 to 66, and the average age was 45. 2. The suffering time ranged from six months to 23 years ago. All the patients were treated 1 to 3 times. The degrees of the clearing were as follows：complete clearing 46 cases （50. 6% ）, significant improvement 19 cases （20. 9% ）, moderate improvement 15（ 16. 5% ） and no change or mild improvement 11 （ 12. 1% ）. The tolal effective rate was 71.4%. Side effects such as hyperpigmentation and scars,were not found. Conclusions ：The Q-switched Alexandrite laser is a safe and effective method for treatment of seborrheic keratosis.
