摘　　要：从"教育技术素质"概念的提出入手,借用了古代"知情意行"的思想,对高校教师教育技术素质的内涵和结构进行了分析,并构建出高校教师教育技术素质指标体系的基本框架.Starting with the concept of the literacy of educational technology, the authors＇quoted the ancient idea known as “ knowledge - sentiment - will - ability” to analyze the connotation and structure of college teachers ＇ literacy of educational technology, and construct the basic framework of the system evaluating their literacy of educational technology.
